The owner of the www.themanbookerprize.com website, Booker Prize Foundation (“BPF”), reserves the right, without prior warning, to bar postings to the Forums from individuals who do not comply with the Terms and Conditions for use of the website and/or the Forum Rules and BPF further reserves the right to delete at any time any material which it, in its sole discretion, considers to be offensive or inappropriate. The use of the Forums for gathering information for non-BPF surveys or research, for any purpose, is prohibited unless prior written permission has been given by BPF. 7. BPF reserves the right to ban any member from using the Forums without explanation and to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason. BPF's decision on this is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Discrimination or prejudice will not be tolerated. Do not post prejudicial or discriminatory comments or remarks in posts to the Forums 8.
