Video interviews with 2008 shortlisted authors

For the first time, the Man Booker Prize website is hosting exclusive video interviews with each of this year's shortlisted authors.
The video interviews, commissioned by the Man Booker Prize, were filmed in London shortly after the 2008 shortlist announcement.
The six authors on the 2008 shortlist were Aravind Adiga, Sebastian Barry, Amitav Ghosh, Linda Grant, Philip Hensher and Steve Toltz.
Edited versions of the video interviews were shown to guests at the Man Booker Prize dinner on 14 October 2008 at Guildhall, London in advance of the winner announcement.
http://www.themanbookerprize.com/ is hosting longer interviews (3-5 minutes) with each of the shortlisted authors in its Video section.
The winner of the Man Booker Prize 2008 was Aravind Adiga.
