Gaynor Arnold to appear at Story of London festival

The Women’s Library to host special Dickens event

Gaynor Arnold, who was longlisted for the Man Booker Prize in 2008 with her novel Girl in a Blue Dress, will be speaking at the GLA's Story of London festival on 19 June, 1pm at The Women's Library about the Women in Dickens' life.

Gaynor Arnold will talk about Catherine Dickens, wife of Charles Dickens, while Lucinda Dickens-Hawksley will speak about about Katey Dickens, his artistic daughter.

Also appearing as part of the literary strand of Story of London are Iain Sinclair, Hari Kunzru, David Nokes, David Crystal and Ben Crystal at events across London in venues that include Shakespeare's Globe, RichMix and Foyles Bookshop.
